Agent Registration
To become a Zapurse agent, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Provide true and complete details during registration
Keep your Merchant ID and credentials confidential
Complete KYC verification as required by regulations
Notify us of any changes to your registration details
Services Provision
Zapurse provides AEPS, DMT, and Bill Payments and may change services anytime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in unlawful activities. Users must ensure their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Use the platform for legitimate transactions
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Report suspicious activity immediately
- Follow all KYC and AML guidelines
- Misuse or share your Merchant ID
- Engage in fraudulent transactions
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
- Use platform for money laundering
Limitation of Liability
Zapurse shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
We are not responsible for actions or failures of third-party service providers
Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues are not compensable
Privacy & Data
Your use of Zapurse is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
